Hollow Core Slabs

Capacity up to 150 m²/hr with 1 or 2 operators. Every slab is made on length, without cutting. No waste of concrete or steel reinforcement, no cutting costs. For each length, the exact quantity of steel reinforcement can be used, according to the strength calculations. For higher loads on a specific floor surface, bigger diameters of steel bars can be used in the production process. Spans up to 8 m.

Rapid switch of production length or height. This unique process allows to adapt the production in function of the market demand. When a customer calls today, you can deliver tomorrow. With 60 cm wide elements, all buildings can be covered with standard floor elements.

N.V. Damman-Croes develops and produces complete pre-cast concrete batching plants, custom made or standard versions. They install separate machinery and components or complete turn-key solutions. they also adapt and modernise existing batching plants.
