Benhil is the leading manufacturer in the field of wrapping into aluminium foil or parchment paper (bricks and mini portions) as well as filling into ready made cups of margarine, spreads, soup paste, yeast, halva, tvorog, mayonnaise and ketchup and other semi liquid and pasty products. Benhil can rely on more then 10.000 references worldwide. The machines are reliable, need little service and are very flexible for format change over. Benhil also offers semi-automatic packing machines for bricks and cups.

The company Bock & Sohn is highly specialized in supplying block and plate packaging machines and wrap-around case packers for puff pastry margarine, butter, edible fats and comparable products for industrial use.

Crackers and flakers for the oilseed, animal feed and breakfast cereals industry aswell as complete extraction lines for the bio-oil industry.

Danis NV is a well known Belgium company which developed their own technology on breeding pigs and ingredient composition for animal feed through the years. Not only complete breeding farm projects, but also the production and technology of natural additives for animal feed (“Danex” and “Soypreme”) are their main activity.

Starting up a new pig farm is always a challenge and even more so when this is done with staff that has no previous experience with modern pig production.
With many years of experience and know-how in the construction of pig farms and breeding, Danis is the ideal partner for starting up a new pig production. Starting from the selection of first-rate animals, building of livestock houses using new techniques and composing the ideal diet for the best results, until leading and managing the start up and getting on track of the pig production, Danis has all the experienced nutrition and technology experts needed to bring your project to a good end. Danis specializes in the building of livestock houses for sows and fattening pigs but also offers compound feedstuff and additives for animal diet.

Danis compound animal feed is based on more than 50 years experience in pig nutrition in combination with the newest developments that came to light through analysis. Danis can offer you special developed additives to improve and fasten the meat production. The soybean based additive “Danex” has a positive effect on the weight of the animal but also increases the quality of the meat. Clients of Danis in Western Europe saw a chance to increase the quantity and quality of their livestock and as such they became the chosen suppliers of big supermarket chain slaughterhouses. Many academic studies and analysis preceded the composition and production of this feed improvers. Also their efficiency has been proven through studies having been executed at renowned universities. Where “Danex” is used in traditional animal feed for monogastric animals, “Soypreme” is the variant for ruminants. Both on milk cows, increase of the milk production, as on beef cattle, increase of weight and meat quality, “Soypreme” has been proven to be very effective. “Soypreme” is produced using a unique patented process where the bypass protein and fat of the soybeans are increased by more than 50 %. The process takes advantage of a naturally occurring source of sugar which, when mixed with full fat soybeans, binds to part of the protein, protecting the protein and fat from digestion in the rumen. This results in an increase of the milk yield and also positively influences the protein and fat content of the milk. Big companies such as Danone and Lactalis are already valued clients. Danis exports to big companies mainly in Western and Eastern Europe. As the company Danis is not yet active on the Russian market we would like to introduce you their manner of increasing your revenue in the meat industry.

They can design and deliver your building layout to include material and product flow, based on your volume requirements and growth potential. Preservation: Dairy Ingredients has long experience in providing solutions for the high quality protection, preservation and presentation of cheese and meat products.
Tests: In order to safeguard the quality of milk and milk products, DSM Food Specialties offers you Delvotest® - applicable at farmer, dairy industry and regulatory level - to control milk for the presence of antibiotic residues. The detection of antibiotic residues in milk and milk products is of great economic value to the dairy.

Vegetable oil and biodiesel are now more sought after than ever before. They form the basis for food, energy in combined heat and power plants and fuel for the transport sector.

MAN Ferrostaal is the service partner for the oil industry and provides engineering and contracting services. This services include: project development, financing, engineering, project management and material supplies and services. With over 30 years experience as a general contractor for the oil industry the company realized several hundred world-wide projects. Together with its business partners MAN Ferrostaal develops systems and plants for the conversion of oil into high value products for the world market. MAN Ferrostaal realizes projects on a turn-key basis as the genral contractor and also as a partner of a consortium or joint venture. The project development ranges from: plant construction, expansion of existing plants and modernization of facilities.

Focus on edible oil
For years Ferrostaal has been building vegetable oil plants with capacities from 600 tonnes of oilseed per day up to large-scale plants. Worldwide, we they completed over one hundred such plants to date.

Focus on biodiesel
In the biodiesel sector, Ferrostaal concentrates on plants with capacities of between 100,000 and 200,000 tonnes per year. They frequently design these as multi-feedstock plants, so that they can react flexibly to the existing raw material basis and to the fuel market.

The Danish-German company Gerstenberg-Schroeder is the leading supplier for technological lines for the continuous production of table margarine, soft and puff pastry margarine, spreads, shortening and all kinds of industrial fats. Pilot plants are offered for tests and elaborating recipes. Moreover, if you do not want to buy your own pilot plant, testing facilities are at the disposal of our customers. In addition to their well known continuous lines for production of mayonnaise, ketchup and other delicatessen products, of which a lot are working in the CIS already for many years, a new batch system has been developed in order to cover also needs for lower production capacities. The combination of the Gerstenberg-Schroeder experience and the flexibility of the batch system are of interest for those who want to change recipes very often or want to try out on the market many difficult kinds of products for marketing processes. Gerstenberg-Schroeder's scraped surface heat exchangers and emulsifying systems are well known worldwide.

Imtech is able to deliver a complete Dairy Factory Solutions to its clients as well as reconstruct the existing factories. Imtech has the capabilities to execute the complete process of design, erection, installation and commissioning of new factories and also the maintenance and modifications in existing process configurations.

Dairy factory solutions
Imtech has developed two standard dairy factories based on a modular concept. One factory is designed to produce cheese (Gouda type), while the other factory is designed to produce fresh products, such as yoghurt and packed milk.

The design is for complete dairy factories with a daily capacity up to 250.000 litres a day, the customer is left with the arrangement of green field, roads, concrete floor, fuel supply, potable water supply, consumables supply, electricity and waste water disposal.
Execution of the building with its complete interior for process and utilities can be done by Imtech.

All process parts are integrated in a standard design and from this design the factory is composed on a modular base.
Engineering costs can be kept at a low level.

Equipment
Imtech developed two possibilities of production equipment for cheese making. The first is the standard way, with using the curd baths and presses. The second way is with the unique modern equipment – the cheese maker. The originality of this unit is based on the fact that all production process are done automatically from the moment of receiving the pasteurized milk in the machine until getting the final product ready. The unit contains a curd vat, a cheese vat and press combination and a whey collection tank. The Cheese Maker is perfect for small scaled dairy factories or “self cheesing” dairy farmers.

MECATHERM develops, produces and installs ovens, machines and automated production lines for industrial bakery products world-wide.

Over the years MECATHERM has continuously diversified its manufacturing process from its status as baguette specialist; today the company produces machines with a dough capacity of up to 3 tons per hour : not only for baguettes, but also for the production of rolls, puff pastry, laminated dough, etc.The company Gouet joins the MECATHERM Group, as a specialist for automatic baking lines for products different than the crusty products, such as buns, tin bread or pizza...

World leader in its field, MECATHERM accelerated its growth by increasing its export share, now representing more than 80% of their business.

MECATHERM‘s steady development is essentially based on a strong R&D department, continuously innovating in terms of technology and process in order to answer and even anticipate the needs of a worldwide market in constant evolution.

Pattyn Packing Lines provides fully and semi-automated bag-in-box lines for the packing and weighfilling of semi-liquids, fats & oils ranging from 5 to 30 kg. A standard line consists of a case erector (up to 18 cases/minute), a bag liner-inserter (making it possible to produce bags from a roll and reducing costs on packaging material), a fast and accurate weigh filling system (+/-15g on a 25kg case) and a flexible bag sealing, decuffing and case closing system. Together with De La Ballina, Pattyn also supplies complete lines for packing of different breadproducts.

For the bakery market recently a commercial cooperation has been established between Pattyn Packing Lines and DE LA BALLINA INDUSTRIE.
Together they solve your packaging problems by offering the most efficient solutions to count, weigh, range, control and fill your bread or pastry product into lined cases.
Together they can provide both semi-automated packaging lines where high flexibility is required and fully automated lines with artificial vision for par baked, baked, fresh or frozen bakery products, frozen dough, confectionery and pastry products.

In only 35 years, the group Serac has grown to become the undisputed specialist for packaging technology.
Its know-how in the manufacture of filling-capping machines is recognized world-wide.

Whatever the physical characteristics of the dairy products (sensitive, foaming, aerated, expanding…) their container (PET, PEHD, glass…), or their capping system (sport-caps, snap-on…), Serac provides solutions adapted to your specific needs.
Serac can offer low capacity test pilot filling units as well as systems filling 36000 bottles an hour. The new “Combi Bloc” system allows to combine the blow moulding of PET bottles and the filling of these bottles with dairy products in a very compact, space saving unit handling from 3000 up to 12000 bottles/hour.

Foaming products: For foaming products such as milk Serac developed a patented technology; the anti-foam nozzle.
Shelf life extension: To extend the shelf life of your product Serac provides aseptic filling solutions as well as conventional, clean and ultra clean depending on the sensitivity of your product.
Heat sealing: Either by conduction or induction, Serac proposes the best adapted heat-sealing solutions to guarantee the integrity of your products.
Production cleanliness: Using a set of spray jets inside the product tank or around the nozzles and container platforms, Serac is able to offer water, steam or foam cleaning solutions guaranteeing the cleanliness of your production line.
