Pattyn Packing Lines offers you fully and semi automated lines for the packing, dosing, weighing and tumble filling of caps & closures. The complete line consists of:

Case erector

Forms cases with bottom flaps closure

Bagmaker Inserter

Converts rolls of polyethylene film into made-to-measure bags, which are then automatically inserted into cases

Filler

Tumble fills the product into the polybag-lined cases.
We provide dedicated weighfillers according to the required recipient and filling capacity.

Bag sealer

Seals the bag automatically

Bag folder

Folds the bag automatically

Case closer
