Pattyn Packing Lines offers you fully and semi automated lines, specially developed for the packing, dosing, weighing and tumble filling of frozen foods, ranging from 5 to 30 kg. The complete line consists of:

Case erector

Forms cases with bottom flaps closure

Bagmaker Inserter

Converts rolls of polyethylene film into made-to-measure bags, which are then automatically inserted into cases

Weighfiller

Tumble fills the product into the polybag-lined cases.
We provide dedicated weighfillers according to the required recipient and filling capacity.

Bag sealer

Seals the bag automatically

Bag folder

Folds the bag automatically

Case closer

Closes the case with tape
